Weight loss doesn’t have to be a big mystery, it really is as simple as finding a plan that has been tested and that you know works and just following along.
I stalled many times in my weight loss journey, trying many different strategies. Things like only eating one meal a day, that would just end at night with the munchies and a feeling of regret or something like eating small meals every 3-4 hours that worked for awhile, lost some weight but after a while that stopped.
After some research I found the smoothie diet so I signed up and got all the information I needed to make a change. I gave it my full attention and got results! This is where i would wow you like “omg i lost 50 pounds in just 4 days no way!” but i mean everyones different but i was losing around 2-3 pounds a week, which i think is good!
After the 21 days were up, I had all these different recipes, some that I liked more then others so I decided to go again, only this some add in little exercise to really get things moving! And you guessed it, I lost more weight.
Now I’m done with the weight loss part, I have started eating normal meals again, still having my smoothie as my treat for the day and that’s about it, get the plan or don’t, either way the smoothie diet is for sure worth it, getting the plan just makes it easier.
